1st link is broken ATM: https://github.com/openstreetmap/iD/blame/master/data/core.yaml#L535
2nd link is unnecessary: https://github.com/openstreetmap/iD/blame/master/data/core.yaml#L599 (we don't was users leave guide just to see Wikipedia front page). We may want to link http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:wikipedia here

Also, GPS is not so crucial today. Please refer to Mapillary and more simple https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Mapping_techniques (including pen and pencil) and let readers to pick simplest technique for them instead of forcing complex topic like GPS. Thank you.
