Flashing Procedure Unlock Bootloader (do a Google search) Flash twrp via fastboot

fastboot flash recovery twrp-messi.IMG
Boot to twrp recovery
Format/wipe : system, data, cache ,dalvik
flash gsi in twrp : install>install_image>select gsi>select system image and swipe and reboot

GSI booted till now Phh aosp V123 (Android pie), Phh aosp v212 (Android 10)

Tested by @bharath on Model : XT1929-15 Android version : 9.0 Date : 1st March 2020
