You can get your in-game infos in your HoYoLAB App, which requests the back-end server for them. We use your UID and your personal Cookie and request the infos from HoYoLAB server and show them in the App.

Yes, it will be updated every 30 minutes defaultly, and you can edit it in App's "Setting" - "Widget Setting". But the update frequency is controlled by iOS system. We will refresh all Widgets as you open the app.

In China mainland, according to the user feedback of the similar App Genshin Pizza Helper, such situation has never happened. According to the query to the personal customer service of miHoYo by one of our fans, your account will not be banned. If you are using iPhone or iPad, reboot and turn off and on the Notification of HSR Pizza, which will possibly work.
Turn off the iCloud sync function of this App first, then turn it on again, and enter the iPhone app and wait for a minute, then open the Apple Watch App to try to sync. How to do it: (on iPhone) "Settings" - "Your Account" - "iCloud" - "App using iCloud" - "Show All" - Turn off the switch of "HSR Pizza Helper", and turn it on again.
Cannot load data on the Lock Screen Widget on iOS 16 and Home Screen Widget keeps displaying "Choose your account" even if you have chosen it.
Reboot can resolve it.

Check if you can successfully open www.hoyolab.com
Check if you have opened the Real-time Notes in your HoYoLAB, and try again.
Re-login via HoYoLAB website in the App and fetch the Cookie again.
Check if UID and the server is correctly entered. (Note: the UID in your HSR Impact game)
