  7. According to my reasonable judgment, I have the right to stop the transmission of any content that violates relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this agreement; or violates, hinders, threatens the rights or safety of any person, or impersonates others. Take appropriate legal actions against any person who violates these terms at its own discretion, including but not limited to, preventing them from using all or part of the services of this application, and saving relevant information in accordance with laws and regulations and reporting to relevant departments.

II. Privacy Protection

The services provided by this Application do not send any information to us. All information of users is only used to get in touch with HoYoverse's services or for user personalization. We do not collect any private information.

III. Trademark information of this application

The image materials and backgrounds in the widgets in this application are all from HoYoverse, and HoYoverse reserves all rights to these materials. Except for the above-mentioned materials, the UM and other graphics, characters or their components involved in the application services, as well as other logos and product and service names, are my trademarks (hereinafter referred to as "My Logos") unless otherwise stated (Specially declared items are subject to the special statement). Without my prior written consent, users shall not display or use or otherwise deal with my logo in any way, nor shall they indicate to others that you have the right to display, use, or otherwise have The right to deal with the behavior of my identity.

IV. Legal Responsibility and Disclaimer

  1.   2. The user and the cooperative unit shall not be liable for all losses suffered by the user due to communication line failures, technical problems, network, computer failures, system instability and other force majeure reasons of third parties such as telecommunications departments.

  3. Users must understand that the relevant information of this service is obtained from HoYoverse's server and has nothing to do with me. The content provided by this program is to help users to achieve convenient interaction with the HoYoverse network interface. The user's request is a personal behavior, and I am not responsible.

  4. Users must understand that the use of this service also needs to abide by the agreement with HoYoverse. I am not responsible for any impact on users caused by HoYoverse.

  5. The information content defined by me includes: text, software, sound, photos, videos, graphics; all content in advertisements; commercial information provided by me to users, all of which are subject to copyright, trademark rights, and other intellectual property and proprietary laws.   6.
