What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit Cards, Debit Cards, PayPal and bank wire transfer through our eCommerce provider. We also accept Bitcoin.

Once I have purchased your product, what type of support can I receive?

All of our products come with free standard support which is offered via email on a first-come, first-serve basis. Support is available during your evaluation period, as well as after you purchase a license.

Am I able to return the product once I have purchased it?

Due to the copyright nature of our software, we do not accept any returns or exchanges after a product has been purchased and activated. However, we offer fully-functional trial versions for all of our products. The trial versions allow you to fully evaluate the software for a 30-day period. We encourage developers to fully evaluate the software prior to purchasing.

I am using the trial edition, but I have some technical and/or functionality questions. Am I eligible for support?

Yes, absolutely. Our free email support is available to anyone evaluating or working with our products.

Can I extend the trial edition?

How to upgrade from trial version to full version?

After purchasing the product, you will receive an email, with a full version license key, which you will register in your code as follows:

Add item to the cart by click on the item price in our online shop. Fill out your contact info and submit the order. The download link will be delivered to you after just a few moments. You'll also receive a link to a printable invoice (sample invoice for online payment). This is the fastest and easiest way and works in every day including weekends and holidays.

Invoice + check or wire transfer/bank transfer

Send us email and include:

Your company billing info. Product which you want to license and license count. Your European VAT ID (if you have one). After you send us all the necessary data you will receive:
