After going through the manifesto again and also doing some relative comparisons to other member requests, I'd like to instead go for rank 5. If there's no agreement on this I'm happy to downgrade again to rank 4. |

I'm André Silva and I've been working on Polkadot since end of 2018. My main contributions have been around the implementation of BABE and GRANDPA.

Besides code contributions I have also reviewed a lot of PRs, made some presentations, contributed to education efforts and in general tried to be a good steward of the Polkadot network. I would like to apply for rank 5 (architect adept).
