* Working with reverse proxy a bit closer * PreHandlers check request, perform checks * PostHandlers record results, filter any bits
* Some fixes to proxy as well
* calling it for the night * fixing interface issue * gets proxy working again after refactor
* Need to establish scope for key disambiguation * Implementations still needed for leaky bucket
* TODO move plugins to config
