The Qwertycoin faucet is a feature that's integrated into the Crex24 exchange. You can find a guide on how to create an account on CREX24 here.
Once you have created an account, click on the 'Faucets' tab and find Qwertycoin.
Next click the green 'Get' button next to QWC. It will then ask you to complete a captcha. Do so and click 'Get'.
After you do that the Qwertycoin will then show up in your funds shortly.
You can continue getting the free QWC every 3 hours. Just wait the period of time and click the 'Get' button again.
