Setup

  • Rancher version: dev of 2.10.0

Describe the bug

  • hover over a cluster shows cluster name + description
  • in vue3 the placement is incorrect

To Reproduce

  • create an imported/custom cluster (description optional)
  • expand burger menu
  • hover over the cluster

Result

(no entry sign is cursor)

Performed manual test in 2.10. issue resolved. moving to done.

Note: there is a bug with the tooltip here but that will be fixed/tested in #12126
