Its filename contains special chars which break some zip extraction libraries on Windows. And also some unix fs tools can't cope with it. (Also it's Russian and contains a ref to a .ru domain which will be distributed)

I'm generally averse to modifying upstream files. If this file changes/is moved/is renamed upstream then we end up with downstream conflicts. Does raspberrypi/pico-sdk-tools#5 obviate this PR? |
