Guppy v0.5.1

This update:

• Adds results for Guppy v0.5.1
• Has fresh Nanopolish results using the latest version (v0.9.0).

Medaka

This update adds:

• A section on Medaka v0.2.0 polishing
• A section on combined polishing with both Nanopolish and Medaka
• Update Albacore version number to v2.1.10 (no change in results)

Scrappie v1.3.0

Small update to add Scrappie v1.3.0. This version of Scrappie is functionally identical to the previously included v1.1.1, except that it adds a new model option: rnnrf_r94.

Chiron v0.3 and Guppy v0.3.0

In addition to adding Chiron v0.3 and Guppy v0.3.0, the release:

• removes basecRAWller, which I have confirmed was performing poorly due to being training only on human DNA.
• removes the 'Combining different basecallers' section.
