Our process

You don't need to read this! :) Feel free to pick up an issue (as long as no one else is in the "Assigned to" section) or open a PR without an issue.

This is just an explanation of more of the details, as they stand now. This will get out of date over time! If it is wrong, please update it.

In general, the project leads check on open PRs every day. PRs with a green build will get either an approval or a maintainer request-for-changes within a day or two.

Once the PR is merged, the github issue will auto-move itself from the “in progress” column to the “in QA” column on the board https://github.com/rubyforgood/casa/projects/1

Then every friday afternoon we check that everything works and deploy, and move everything in “merged to QA” to “Done”

Please do check in on slack if something feels slow or stuck! Or if you want more-realtime-ish help with figuring out a merge conflict or a test or a requirement or something. Github comments are good but slack is faster.
