The run lints action fails at the Check for broken links step. This happens because the
linkcheckercrate uses features only available on nightly but the toolchain in use is 1.48. The default toolchain is set in the Install Rust step as nightly but this is overridden by the 1.48 toolchain set in therust-toolchainfile. Instead of setting the default toolchain, the toolchain needs to be overridden to overwrite the toolchain set by therust-toolchainfile.
