実行ファイル(開発者向け) とありますが、実行ファイルは入っていないので
単に 開発者向け あるいは 開発者向け成果物 とするのがいいと思います。

appveyor の artifacts がそれぞれ何なのか知りたくて調べていたんですがドキュメントが古そうだったのでわかる範囲で修正してみました。
#787 も控えているようなので未修正なんですかね。
