Bumps reqwest from 0.12.4 to 0.12.5. Release notes Sourced from reqwest's releases. v0.12.5 What's Changed Add http3 feature back, still requiring reqwest_unstable. This pull request addresses a bug in the
Accepts::as_strmethod where incorrect header combinations were returned for certain configurations. Specifically, the method incorrectly included 'zstd' in some combinations where it should not have been.
