LinuxパッケージのひとつであるAppImage（amd64）のビルドができるようにしました。

このPRにはGitHub Actionsへの変更を含みます。Android apkのビルドが不完全の可能性があります。

既知の問題: 実行時にアプリアイコンが表示されません。

deploy.ymlへの変更を削除し、リリースの公開後に自動でビルドが開始されるlinux_deploy.ymlを追加しました。

[Npepperlinux]

ビルド時に #341 を経由すること、実行時のアイコンがMiriaのアイコンにならないことなどから、一旦このPRを閉じます。
#341 を整えてから再度作成するか、別のパッケージの方法に変更します。
