Linux用にビルドした成果物をtar.gzでまとめた状態でリリースに追加アップロードできるようにしました。
※tar.gzはgzipで圧縮しただけのファイルであり、 #316 と同じような配布方法です。
Linux用ビルドを公開するときに一番単純な方法であり、今後Linuxパッケージを作成するとき、 #301 など、いくつかのパッケージがこのビルド手順を経由します。
