GTDB R202-RS207 release - in gtdb-rs207.genomic/ and gtdb-rs207.genomic-reps/.
This was built using sourmash code from sourmash-bio/sourmash#1808. (No format changes in files from sourmash v4.3.0, just convenience around SQLite manifests etc.) The relevant sourmash changes should show up in v4.4.0.
