Live view bugs when writing text with AnsiConsole.MarkupLine

Describe the bug

This only happens when the log part is longer than the max. console length.

To Reproduce
1 Use the sample live application.
2 Write a long text with AnsiConsole.MarkupLine that is longer than the max. console length.

Expected behavior
The progress bar should be displayed correctly and not bug into the log part.

This is a duplicate of #415, with a pending PR that should fix this: #1132

Would love to see it getting some love that it desparately needs. (It's super ugly atm!)
