[I ran my fork of renovate on the main branch for this test, at commit 623f2cadd.]

It's good to know the existing behavior, that when a minor module update would subsequently cause a lockfile update, that subsequent update is not present in the initial update. In other words, if I were to merge this I would clog up my deployment pipeline and have to hotfix with a lockfile, regardless of it being a Terraform or a Terragrunt module.
