Online input delay option
This release adds a config option which adjusts the online input delay, allowing players to select what feels like the best experience to them when playing online instead of being locked to the default of 1 frame delay.
Skip intro movies option
This release adds a skip_intro_movies
option to the rev2mod config that will replace the value of bForceNoMovies
in REDEngine.ini
with the configured one.
Switch to WebSockets, more info
This marks the first release of the mod using WebSockets, a MASSIVE performance boost that can now enable full 60fps gamestate info transfer, with minimal latency! This allows integration with SAMMI through an extension, but also integration with ANYTHING else that can connect to a WebSockets server! More info has also been added like blocking required for an attack, air FD requirement for blocking an attack, character-specific resource data, etc.
Add Online match information
The SAMMI integration now adds steam_id
and steam_nickname
fields into each player object when in an online match, allowing for displaying player names or making Steam API calls in SAMMI.
Stable SAMMI integration
This version completes the SAMMI integration, after plenty of testing it should now be robust enough to use in real streaming environments, with even more complete access to gamestate! Information on the mod contained here
Simply place the dinput8.dll
next to GuiltyGearXrd.exe
and start up SAMMI.
Rollback 1.05 hotfix + Move to AOB scanning!
This release moves to AOB scans for function hooks which means (hopefully) this version of the mod will be able to survive game updates!
Place the mod in GUILTY GEAR Xrd -REVELATOR-\Binaries\Win32
to install as usual.
