Sync-up Meeting 5/18/22

• Need to make a custom class for SE2/3
• SE represents a pose, a position and a rotation
• Want to abstract away quaternions, add helper functions to this class
• Please use drafts for PRs until they are ready to be merged (to avoid too much CI rebuild)
• Need to make Wiki entry if making a big change, or else the PR will not be merged in
