chore: add musl build targets for arm64, v6l, v7, x86 #112

To enable the Python SDK to build musl linux wheels for aarch64, armv6l, armv7, and x86 (i686), this PR adds those additional targets to the release workflow. I ran them on my laptop first but i have not confirmed if they'll work on the buildjet runner.

lgtm! if the release step fails for some buildjet reason we can always roll this back and fix it.
