Describe the bug

when i do build lib with config "rollupOptions.output.banner"，why I found three different effects ，and the code is error for umd

the banner like this:

I also encountered this bug.

I determined that this was caused by #7948 and has not been fixed in #8110.

I currently use version 2.9.5 to avoid this problem.
