Novel Tree View does not scroll to keep current open document in view

The problem

Under these circumstances:

• the Novel Tree View is selected
• there is a long list of documents
• the Editor skips documents forward (as it does when searching past the current document)

If enough documents are skipped then the selected open document will be left out of view, because the Novel Tree View scrollbar will not move accordingly:

The expectation

The Novel Tree View should scroll accordingly when the selected open document is out of view, leaving the open document visible in the tree view.

Note that the Project tree view already behaves this way.
