See #157. There was some consensus that BFNT is no longer used, subsumed by FMB. This removes the feature.
@selig - can you have a look at the changes I made to
Options.cpp, particularly the randomised stuff. I don't think I broke anything (removing stuff is easy, right?) but some of it is complex.
