Agenda for February 16, 2021 (APG Redesign Project Kick Off)

Goals
- Develop a co-design / research process with input from this TF, other W3C WGs (E&O and ARIA) and CGs, industry stakeholders, and recruited community-experts.
- Design a new version of the ARIA Practice Guidelines (APG) website
  - integrated with w3.org/WAI, and embeddable elsewhere (e.g. MDN, etc).
  - with ARIA-AT results embedded.
  - with support for Accessibility Practices beyond ARIA,
- Propose updated information architecture, interface, messaging, and naming, based on the output of the co-design process
- Measure and evaluate the reach and success of APG, and synthesize learnings as input to co-design process.
- Increase contributions from new participants, especially those who are under-represented in the accessibility practices community.
- Any other goals we’re missing?
Priorities
- We will turn the goals into priorities and a project plan once we kick off the co-design / research process
- (The priorities are expected to be roughly inline with the Execution Plan in the WAI/ARIA APG Redesign page, which we’ll also be updating as we move forward)
