Via daisy/ace#234.

Since doc-epigraph (https://w3c.github.io/dpub-aria/#doc-epigraph) is subclassed section, it should probably be ok on section elements.

Additional editorial updates to various parts of the spec.

Comments out the details jquery script as it’s not presently used.

updates the CSS to remove unused styles and make minor updates to others.
