Radio ID

• CR03 receives it ID from the CW01, this applies for both Ground-station and FlatSat
• ID's are now stored in EEPROM
• When booting users need to connect the CR03 to the CW01, the CR03 will flash the Red LED 3 times in quick succession once it has stored the ID's

CR03:

• CR03 will report its status when CW01 request information, status contains an additional byte with sensor info
