Added Radio IDs, 10 sets of paired IDs.
Frequency Diversity removed

OC01:

Added Blinking channel to OC01 for attaching a buzzer on OUT3
Channel OUT0, used for balloon release
Channel OUT1, used for releasing parachute

SN01:

SN01 will report connection status, based on HDOP and NumSats connected
Applied correction for SN01 CoG and SoG
