Change: Added Variables to Enable adding the VPN SG group directly under SGs for the Redis Instance.
Reason: This change is needed because the older impl of passing VPN SG as a Rule under the newly created Redis instance SG, couldn't enable users to connect to Redis Instance using VPN.
