Description of your pull request and other information

This PR back-ports the updates made to the Soundcloud extractor module in yt-dlc and yt-dlp to yt-dl.

The main changes are:

• implement login and other improvements as originally offered in PR Soundcloud extractor web auth + aac hq #26265
• add SoundcloudRelatedIE.

Closes #26265
