[DOC] We should include truncate in limitations on xCluster replication #7846

Currently a 'truncate table ..' on the producer side of async replication has no effect on the consumer table. We should update the 'limitation' section of the docs to make this clear.

Remove references to master / slave
Beef up topology section
Changed main Features section to talk about the architectural pieces (eg: at-least-once semantics, multi-shard txns, conflict resolution)
