@juliano I think that there's something broken since ZIO 2.0.17 but I'm not sure what

@guizmaii the io.getquill.mock.ZioMockSpec test fails from ZIO 2.0.16. I noticed that the code expects a possible failure when calling connection.close(), as we can see in ZioJdbc.scala and it should be ignored - it has been up to ZIO 2.0.15. My wild guess is this change that runs finalizers in parallel, but that goes way beyond my knowledge of zio implementation, it's really just a guess.
