DKAFE v0.38e

Add my own custom characters to tomthumb.bdf font - "DK", "1/2". "1/4" and a "love heart".
Add "DK Heart Hunt" hack by Paul Goes.
Add icons for Quarter-Kong, 1/2 Kong and Heart-Hunt.
Reorganise the romlist.csv
Add descriptive text for each of the hacks displayed in the frontend - displayed when Jumpman faces a machine.
Add game option and settings to toggle game-text information on/off
Create a dkong.zip fix file for user "Wizz".

b)
Minor update to Vector Kong - simplify hammer smashes and more vectorlike.
Adjust target scores for OctoMonkey, 1/2 Kong and 1/4 Kong. They were too easily achieved.

Pressing down when facing machine makes Jumpman step away.
GalaKong - Increase the hitbox of shots slightly

d)
Create a dkong.zip fix/patch file for user "CXK".
Minor icon and gametext tweaks

e) Fix patching once and for all. Added a last resort, when no fix file is found. Simply check all 15 required files are contained in the ZIP and proceed with rom patching.
