Style Guide

Use the following guidelines when editing this documentation.

File Names

File names, paths, and URLs should be formatted with emphasis.

• task.json
• src/HelloWorld.as
• https://nextgenactionscript.com/

Commands

The name of an executable program or a full command with arguments should use bold formatting.

• asconfigc
• mxmlc src/HelloWorld.mxml

Keyboard shortcuts

Each individual key in a keyboard shortcut should be styled with a border to look like a key. Separate the keys using the + symbol.

• Ctrl+Shift+P
• Alt+F4

Menus

Each menu item should use bold formatting. Separate nested menu items with a → symbol.

• Edit → Copy
• File → Open...
