The Fail Counter was introduced in Counters+ 1.5.8. It tracks the total amount of fails you've during your time in Beat Saber, and increases every time you fail a level.
See Counter for the basic configuration options.
Turn Fail Counter into a Restart Counter, instead showing how many times you've restarted the same level.
