Summary

Bugfixes "Tacoma - misc fixes"

Purpose of change

Fixes most of the remaining issues with Tacoma.

Describe the solution

• Fixes some of the bed placements being misaligned
• Fixes beds spawning with dirt under them
• Replacing the sidewalk around the well with concrete (Based on description of it being freshly poured)
• Add sledge and hoe to the tool shed per the original designs
• Fix the car walls and palisades on the west/east sides of the commune. (My screenshots are north/south due to a forced rotated map. These were a PITA to place, due to vehicles no longer being allowed across map tiles, but I've got it to a reasonable place I think)
• Remove ownership from the logs/planks in the barn and sawmill. These are intended to be freely used by the
• Adds overhead lights to the clinic and bar. (Both are past the battery power grid setup)

None

Testing

Loaded a save before doing any of the tacoma missions. Run through all of them and see what it looks like.

The finish line is in sight.. at least for the initial fixing of everything. There's a lot more that I'd like to do here, but that'll probably all come after 0.G when I've taken a nice break from it and let Erk work his magic on the dialog.
