Functional Requirements

  • The system shall allow the vehicle to drive without human interaction once autopilot feature is initiated
  • The system shall allow the vehicle to stay in between designated lines laid on driving surface without deviating outside of them
  • The system shall allow the vehicle to brake autonomously

Non-Functional Requirements

  • The car should identify the lines laid on the surface within 5 seconds of initiation of the autopilot feature

Example

The Car can drive on a line to reach a certain destination. Useful in for example restaurants where food can be placed on top of the car and can then be placed on a line that is connected to a customers table.
