Repair Designator

Changed preview image.

Fixed users not being able to force repair when right clicking a building.

Added a Repair designator:
- Used to flag buildings that will not be automatically repaired due to the current Repair Threshold setting.
- Flagged buildings will ignore the threshold.
- The designator will be removed when the building's current HP reaches its Maximum HP.

Added a Repair keybinding to the Architect section of the keybindings menu.

A17 Re-release
Reworked the A17 release to include some of the A16 features. Used the Mod class as a base and provided a menu in Mod Settings.
- Injured animals will be fed by handlers instead of doctors.
- Removing roofs prioritised above building roofs.
- Custom repair threshold - you decide when repairs should be made.
- Prioritise rottables - haul corn, meals etc. as a high priority.
- Prioritise deterioratables - haul items as a high priority.
- Set an item HP threshold to avoid prioritising items with low HP.

Toned down the mod a lot, it is now a mere 4 patch-type changes that I
found to be more reasonable than A17's priorirites. -
No more custom options, HugsLib menus etc. Just a very simple mod. A17
gets most thigns right in my opinion, with changes to work zoning as
well.
No assembly or dependencies for this version.
Slightly more options
- You can set the HP threshold for prioritising deterioratable items in the mod settings (defaults to 35%).
- Added a "safety" check so that prioritising rottables won't accidentally prioritise dessicated stuff (100% rotted). This might not ever happen in vanilla, but I'm unsure.
You can force hauling dessicated items in the menu, but as stated this might only apply to niche modded plant stuff etc. as corpses are not included in "Prioritise rottables".

Minor update to translate the new Repair strings. Not required for functionality.
More Options
Now using a slightly customised Repair work giver. Users may set a custom threshold for repair.
If the repair target's HP is above this percentage (default: 100, can be 0->100) pawns will not repair it.
