appsettings-light
file to use for the toolbar icon (this comes from https://devtopia.esri.com/Melbourne/appstudio-desktop/blob/master/AppSettings/AppSettings-light.png)

  • tested on windows 10, linux 18 and mac os 10.13, successfully opening and editing settings
  • toolbar icon still needs to be updated

have split the icon updating off to #14, marking it as impeded until the vscode issue is resolved.
without this, the settings tool works as expected. if enhancements are required they should be created as new specific issues.
