Fix masked account number and default values

Details

• Adds a regex to test masked bank account numbers. This does mean that a user can enter a masked account number the first time though, but that would result in a server error
• Adds default values for routing and account numbers and accept terms

Tests

1. Login and navigate to Workspace > Connect bank account > Connect manually
2. Enter 011401533 for routing number
3. For account number, enter 1111222233331111 and press Save & continue
4. In the Company step, fill the form with random data and press Save & continue
5. Log out
6. Log in and navigate to Workspace > Connect bank account > Continue with setup
7. Tap < to go back to the Bank account step
8. Verify that both routing and account numbers are filled out
9. Verify that the account number is masked 111122XXXXXX1111 and that tapping Save & continue does not block the form with an error for the account number

• Verify that no errors appear in the JS console
