Global gumps configuration

1. Layer - The gump layer. Depending on the layer may overlap or be blocked by other gumps.

2. Smooth show/hide - Not implemented.

3. Enable grouping - Enable the ability to create groups of gumps (sticking together as statusbars).

4. Okay - Apply changes and close the gump.

5. Apply - Apply changes.

6. Default - Reset to standard.

7. Cancel - Cancel the changes and close the gump.
