Thanks for filing this issue @Nevalicjus. I believe what you've run into here is the difference in Windows Terminal between the settings.json directory path for WSL and the Settings UI path for WSL. I'll add a note in hopes of reducing this confusion. |

In the Starting directory section, in the example with WSL it states the following should work:
\\\\wsl$\\DISTRO NAME\\home\\USERNAMEwith the example for Ubuntu-20.04 for user1:
\\\\wsl$\\Ubuntu-20.04\\home\\user1yet it didn't work for me and searching through closed issues here I found that it works, but modified like this:
\\wsl$\\Ubuntu-20.04\\home\\user1or like this:
//wsl$//Ubuntu-20.04//home//user1Document Details
