Global Search

Search can be done in two ways in OCL. Content can be searched throughout the system (global search) or via a specific resource repository (repository search).
To conduct a global search:
- On the top left corner of any OCL page, locate the search bar that looks like this:
- Enter your search term or query into the search bar
- If you want results that match the exact phrase you typed, check off the Exact match checkbox
- Click the icon to view your results
- You should see a blue box in the top left corner displaying the number of results obtained for each resource (concept, source, collection, mapping, organization, and user).
- Click the resource which has at least 1 search result to view the details.
- To order your search results by different criteria, click the icon next to the icon. There is the option to order by a number of criteria (as shown below)
