To make it short, use ColorVariables and CLoadPluginConfig("TeamGames"); in OnPluginStart(), why?

Server master can easily change colors
Your plugin will use the exact same colors as TeamGames
Your plugin will use TeamGames chat prefix
Your plugin will keep consistency of TeamGames modular system
