• feat(plugin-chart-echarts): [feature-parity] support double clicking legend and series to view single selected series apache-superset/superset-ui#1324
• feat: added italian regions country map apache-superset/superset-ui#1319
• refactor: migrate timeseries_limit_metric to legacy_order_by apache-superset/superset-ui#1364

Note: #16849 should be merged as a quick follow-up to this to migrate the metadata.
