### Issue # (if applicable) Closes #31357. ### Reason for this change Cloudformation supports for configuring [AWS IoT logging](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/iot/latest/developerguide/configure-logging.html) but AWS CDK doesn't support it. We have to create [logging role](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/iot/latest/developerguide/configure-logging.html#configure-logging-role-and-policy) to enable IoT logging.
