chore(clients): remove deprecated endpoints from region hashes

Internal JS-2930

Description

Removes deprecated endpoints from region hashes as they're no longer required:

• Variants were populated in feat(clients): populate variants in endpoints hashes #2974
• Hostname was resolved from variants in feat(config-resolver): resolve hostname from variants #2980
• Real region in the configuration was used in feat(config-resolver): use real region in configuration #2986
