Support Client: create a role for forest client

Describe the task
Create a role for forest client and update the application name

Acceptance Criteria

• Create role for forest client "CLIENT_EDITOR" for all env DEV, TEST, PROD
• Added role description, Ziad will provide that: Create and edit client information
• Remove the previous old "USER_READ", "USER_WRITE" role from all env DEV, TEST, PROD

Additional context

• Later on we can create a new column "display_name" for roles, like display name is "Editor", but won't worry in this ticket

Attached the email of the initial request, we decide to use "Editor" after a team discussion with Alliance, the application name change will be done in ticket #1236

Verified in prod db, the old roles are removed, the new role is added.

Verified in prod fronted UI, app admin of forest client is able to assign the new role
